On Wednesday, October 2, 2024, Dr. Joyce Fitzpatrick (Director, Marian K. Shaughnessy Nurse Leadership Academy, Elizabeth Brooks Ford Professor of Nursing, Distinguished Professor, Case Western Reserve University) shared compelling insights on healthcare from both a global and local perspective, addressing topics like the essential role and shortage of nurses, as well as the complexity of navigating the aging process.

She raised awareness about our own healthcare journeys and, in the spirit of being “Men and Women for Others,” discussed how values-driven healthcare can create a better world for everyone. Joyce’s life mission is shaped by her vast professional career, leadership, Georgetown University roots, and her upbringing in a family dedicated to service.

On Wednesday, May 22, 2024 Peter Carfagna, Chairman and CEO of Magis, LLC and Saint Ignatius High School alumnus ‘71, answered questions about the changing landscape of college sports and shared his perspective on what could be on the horizon.
